The year 5 and 6 girls went to St. Martha’s for a hip hop dance session on Tuesday 8^th November.

When we arrived at the school, we waited and met Tatiana! After we had spoken to her we were introduced to Miss. Taber (the dance teacher). First we did a warm up! All of us were very tired by the end of that.

Next, we learnt a routine, to the very fast song of Run the World by Beyoncè. First, it was the hardest dance on the world, but soon, we were all dancing as though it was natural.  To end with, we performed it to each other in two groups.

Lastly, we would like to thank Miss A for organising such an amazing trip, Mr Congdon for getting us there and back, and Miss Taber (from St. Martha’s) for teaching us.
